The staff was very friendly, there were plenty of towels the room was clean nothing to complain about. The location was good a lot of bus stop nearby that take you to the most popular tourist places.

Nothing to complain about, maybe the terrace could be batter but that’s a small problem.

Silence, cleaness, visually nice, confortable

The Hotel is on a high ground street and the name Msida is not clear, it is associated with a much lower level place, and that can originate trouble for you. Also, after 11h30 in the evening there are no more buses from Valletta Bus Terminal. And all that was a problem... Now its becoming a new normal, you go in, you come out, and only by accident you encounter face to face a living soul...

The staff is very kind and prompt. Every time I asked for something, he reacted quickly and I was constantly asked if we needed anything else. The location is in a good area, right next to a bus station that has connections with any area.

Some of the sheets and towels had stains. You could see that they were clean and everything was clean, but more attention to the appearance and vacuuming of the room would make the review 10/10, not 9/10.
